- Faire chauffer eau, thym etc…
- Pendant ce temps mettre de l’eau chaude dans la poissonnière pour la chauffer
- Vider cette eau, mettre le poisson dans la poissonnière
- Verser l’eau bouillante avec les aromates et laisser 1 h 30 à 2 h
